I enjoy family, friends and meeting new people.  I  have met many great people in the industry and the support from everyone gives me energy and motivation.  I'm hoping to be able to inspire and motivate others to live a healthy lifestyle through fitness/weight lifting and healthy eating.
I  was born in Houston, Texas and grew up in Mexico.  I  was not a very active kid.  I  was always the tallest girl in my class (maybe in the whole school ;-)  All we played in school was soccer and my position was almost always the goalie.  I  started lifting weights when I  was about 20 but, was never consistent.   What got me started competing was having my daughter at the age of 35 I  had gained over 40 lbs.  So I  hired a trainer, and after a few months he said "why don't you do a show?  It will motivate you and keep you focused".  
I  did my first figure competition in 2007, the Branch Warren Championship placing 2nd in Figure Masters and 7th in Figure Class B.  I  loved the experience.

I  earned my IFBB PRO card at the age of 42 in 2013.  I  love to compete but, competing with the best fitness athletes in the world is humbling.  
I  compete now in Women's Physique Division.  I'm based in Colorado.  I've had the honor of competing at the prestigious Arnold Classic and my dream now is to step on the Olympia Stage.
